This Agreement governs your use of the lj3 platform at lj3.asia. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By accessing the platform, you confirm your acceptance of all terms set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted to use the lj3 platform. KYC verification is mandatory for all accounts.
All transactions at lj3 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, Maya, and major Philippine banks are accepted. Withdrawal processing timelines and limits are as stated in the Cashier section.
All bonuses and promotions offered by lj3 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and lj3 ("the Platform", "lj3.asia"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the lj3 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the lj3 platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using the lj3 platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.3 lj3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the lj3 Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms and conditions applicable to individual bonus offers. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on the lj3 platform. This requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. lj3 performs identity and age verification on all accounts.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. The lj3 platform is intended for use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using the lj3 platform is legal in their jurisdiction prior to doing so.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the lj3 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. lj3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances upon detection.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the lj3 platform:

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided to lj3 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. lj3 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at any time.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, lj3 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID (PhilSys), driver's license, passport, UMID, PRC ID, and SSS/GSIS ID. A selfie with the document may also be required.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lj3 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. lj3 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where adequate security measures were not maintained on your part.
4.5 Suspicious Activity. You agree to notify lj3 immediately via the live chat support function if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the lj3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player initiates a transaction in another currency, conversion rates applicable at the time of the transaction will apply.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. lj3 currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven cash payment. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time, subject to notice from lj3.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. lj3 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly and credited to the Player's lj3 Wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
5.5 Own Funds. All deposits made to a lj3 Account must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting deposits from a third party is strictly prohibited.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. lj3 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. lj3 reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence on deposits and to request supporting documentation for the source of funds where required.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Funds that originated from a Bonus and have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing. lj3 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the following timelines, subject to verification checks:
6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as the lj3 Account holder. lj3 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. lj3 reserves the right to amend minimum withdrawal thresholds with notice.
6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals. lj3 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. lj3 will communicate the reason for any such delay to the Player where legally permissible to do so.
7.1 lj3 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that offer.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. lj3 defines bonus abuse to include, without limitation: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting between accounts to reduce wagering risk, use of excluded payment methods to circumvent deposit bonus eligibility, and systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not intended by lj3. lj3 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close Accounts in cases of suspected or confirmed bonus abuse.
7.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
7.5 lj3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the lj3 platform operates according to its published rules. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to any game before wagering. Rules are accessible from within each game interface.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Once a wager has been confirmed and a game round has commenced, the outcome is final and binding. lj3 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verifiable technical error attributable to the platform or a game studio malfunction.
8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round, lj3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. lj3 is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from game malfunctions or software errors that produce outcomes contrary to published game rules.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the lj3 platform has published minimum and maximum stake limits. lj3 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with notice to the Player where practicable.
8.5 Live Casino. Games in the lj3 live casino category involve real human dealers operating physical gaming equipment. Results are determined by the physical outcome of these games (cards dealt, roulette ball, dice) and are final upon completion of each round as announced by the dealer.
Zero Tolerance: lj3 applies a zero-tolerance policy to fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Violations result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to Philippine authorities where applicable.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lj3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance (including any Bonus balance), and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lj3 platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, modification, distribution, display, or exploitation of Platform Content for any commercial purpose.
11.3 The lj3 name, logo, and all related product names and marks are trademarks of lj3.asia. Use of these marks without the express written consent of lj3 is strictly prohibited.
12.1 lj3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While lj3 takes reasonable steps to ensure the availability and integrity of the platform, lj3 does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lj3 shall not be liable for:
12.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit lj3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.4 The maximum aggregate liability of lj3 to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Complaints Procedure. In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact the lj3 support team via the live chat function on the platform. lj3 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first-tier support level, it will be escalated to the lj3 compliance team.
13.3 Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the lj3 internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 lj3 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Players who believe lj3 has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.1 Amendments. lj3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address and/or a notice posted prominently on the lj3 platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated. Continued use of the lj3 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the lj3 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between lj3 and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements.
14.4 No Waiver. Failure by lj3 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by lj3.
